Functional Training

Functional training is mostly focused on development of functional / technical competencies. The material usually consists of regular training and certification. To support the transformation process of Telkom Group to be a digital telecommunication company, most of the Functional Learning material will be increasingly focus on digital learning; the materials of which will be enriched with video, audio, and simulations.

Regular Training

Regular training is held for Telkom Group Employee in order to increase their competence according to their business goals in each business unit. The methods is using Integrated Learning Cycle (ILC).


Certification is program to certified employee’s competency in each business unit in order to achieve business goals. Certification is also used for one of term and condition to participate project bidding.
