One of the most notable aim of establishing a TCU is to create Center of Excellence that can produce a collection of Great Leaders, a pool of Great People with the global standard, and managed the corporate learning process in a comprehensive human capital development to improve the human capabilities and company performance.

Great People Development Program (GPDP)

Designed for the Top Talent where the candidates are trained to develop leadership competencies for the position of one level above or focus on Change Leadership, and to identify further development roadmap. Participants level ranges from Junior Supervisor to Vice President / Senior General Manager positions. The Leadership Development Missions have an emphasis on preparing the Great Leader who has a strong character (EQ & SQ), strong leadership (EQ), has a vision of the Digital Business (IQ & SQ), Nationalism (IQ & SQ), and Global Oriented (IQ & SQ).

Great People Managerial Program (GPMP)

A Leadership Program for the performer. The objective is to increase employees’ competency who occupy managerial positions, but there are need to be improved with the leadership competencies in accordance with the position or more focus on change management. Participants level ranges from manager to vice president / senior general manager position.
